With numerous patents and world class production facilities in the US, Europe and Asia, PRI² products have been responsible for the testing of billions of devices. The product mix extends from single probe-points to custom fabricated test equipment. The company goal is to provide a seamless product line for the testing of semiconductors and flat-panel displays. Products shall cover raw material testing through finished product evaluation.
